Wowzer!!! What an incredible trip! The cruise ship, the crew, our rooms, our location, was better than exceptional! We had the absolute best time!
Thank you for all your assistance and guidance. We were really impressed with royal Caribbean. We definitely will be booking again maybe sometime the following year. Royal Caribbean was a well oiled machine, everything was so clean, fun, the amenities on the boat were fabulous. It was my son's favorite part, we would be in all these historical locations, and he would just ask... When are we going back to the boat! ????????????

Maria DiSanti was very professional and LITERALLY always available. I don’t believe we ever had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from her… Whether it was through a text, by email, or a phone call. She was also a breath of fresh air, because she wasn’t trying to sell us on anything like some travel agents do. Once my fiance and I had decided on price range, destination, and boat requests, in just a few hours Maria had churned out multiple options of cruises and destinations that fulfilled everything we asked for and THEN some. She provided insight on excursions at each port, as well as gave us personal opinions as to things she thought we would enjoy or not. We booked our excursions through her and her company as well, and man did they make it easy. Everything was seamlessly done online and we were able to print out all the tickets and forms and take them with us. These were a HUGE help because each excursion ticket included detailed descriptions and instructions of things such as directions from ALL possible ports your ship may stop at to the destination, street names, building features, things to look for, the names of who we would be meeting, etc. Maria also sent us videos of our ship that helped you have an idea of where things are and the layout of the boat before we set sail, which were immensely useful. The trip was an unforgettable experience for my Fiance and I, and we are so appreciative of everything Maria did for us! We will definitely recommend Maria to family and friends, and she will be the first person we reach out to if we want to plan another cruise in the future! Thank you, Maria!
